   Toch bizar dat je een jaarverslag moet lezen om vast te stellen dat:
   
   1. verkoopsteam werd uitgebreid van 33 tot 50 vertegenwoordigers.
   2. quote uit het jaarverslag The challenges at the end of the year resulted from unforeseen operating issues in the US, including lower than expected billable cases for ConfirmMDx from contracted customers and from multi-center clinical utility studies.
   
   Ik dacht dat het verkoopsteam verdubbelde? onvoorziene operating issues?

   Eu dus minder dan 1% van omzet. Dat zijn de 3100 Select testen. Q1 al weer 720 nieuwe testen in EU. MDXH spreekt liever van een verdrievoudiging tov Q1 2017.

   In 2017, a net amount of $54.5 million was billed for tests performed, of which approximately 51% was recognized as revenue (2016: 50%).
   The balance is only recognized when and to the extent a payment is collected, leaving a significant portion of invoiced amounts unrecognized

    So my hope is that for 2018 using 60% recognized revenue percentage now that the CPT code has come into place:
    
    we get the €97m ($116.3m) paid
    
    and 60% of say $60m (a small increase of +-10% on $54.5m) i.e. $36m
    total cash flow $152.3m
    
    that's my hope anyway :)

    Of course the consolidated figure for 2017 is at $19.8 for trade receivables.
    But it would be so much better if we could get the $97m :)

    --> het gaat hier helemaal niet om een decrease van 39% !!! Het gaat om een increase van bijna 100%.
    
    En nu komt het, zie het jaarverslag van 2016, pagina 41

    --> toen was er wel een decrease van 39%.
    
    Kortom: in het officiele jaarverslag van 2017 staat foute informatie, die 1-op-1 afkomstig is van het jaarverslag 2016.

    Bij een jaarverslag verwacht je inderdaad geen copy paste van het jaar daarvoor...
    
    In de franstalige versie vond ik dit terug:
    Les frais de recherche et développement, avant capitalisation, ont augmenté en raison de l’acquisition de Noviogendix en 2015 et de la poursuite du développement des produits.
    Les frais de développement de 1 846 000 dollars associés à l’amélioration de ConfirmMDx et au développement de SelectMDx et d’AssureMDx ont été capitalisés et inclus dans les immobilisations incorporelles, comparativement à 2 968 000 dollars pour la même période en 2016.
