    Ziet er best goed uit inderdaad.
    Het lijkt een beetje op Silvercrest van een paar jaar terug. Ik zet het aandeel op mijn watchlist.

    Ik blijf nog een tijdje lekker in Silvercrest zitten tot de productie is gestart. Ze nu liggen voor op schema en binnen het budget. Dat kunnen er maar heel weinig zeggen tegenwoordig.
    Vreemde is wel dat de koers nog niet veel doet. Even wachten dan maar, tot er ook echt veel geld binnenkomt... Nog een paar maanden.

    Ja er zit zeker iets in het vat bij Erdene. Misschien dat de financiering rond is. Ze zijn wel heel erg terughoudend over de planning.

    Anthony is een top manager in de mining industrie.
    Ik heb 2x aandelen gehad van een bedrijf waar hij in het bestuur zat. En 2x flinke groei en uiteindelijk het bedrijf verkocht. Kijk maar wat hij afgelopen jaren met Kirkland Lake heeft gedaan.
    Nu is hij opgestapt door onenigheid met het management van Agnico Eagle. Hij kan duidelijk niet overweg met conservatief en voorzichtig management.
    Daarom zit hij bij Wallbridge wel goed op zijn plek. Een mooi project met goede kansen op succes. Alleen is Agnico Eagle wel een belangrijke aandeelhouder....

(NYSE:MUX) (TSX:MUX)("McEwen" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has amended its $50 million senior secured term loan facility (the "Term Loan") to gain financial flexibility and entered into a new $15 million unsecured subordinated promissory note (the "Promissory Note").

    "Reduced cash flow from operations in Q1 has placed McEwen Mining in a challenging position which we needed to overcome. I have invested a further $15 million by way of an unsecured Promissory Note so that we can implement corrective action. It was also beneficial to extend the maturity of our Term Loan to enable us to invest in production growth and mine life extensions before debt retirement. Results from operations are expected to improve starting with the current quarter and resume the positive trend we experienced during 2021. Gold Bar achieved our production target in Q1 and Los Azules has made some important advances," said Rob McEwen, Chairman and Chief Owner. "The deviation from our financial forecast for Q1 was caused by lower production at the Fox Complex and at San José. Loss of manpower due to COVID-19 was a significant factor at both mines. Very cold weather and equipment failures also occurred at the Fox mill."

    The maturity of the Term Loan was extended to March 31, 2025, the amortization period and certain covenants were also amended, and any security interest over McEwen Copper Inc. and the Los Azules copper project was removed. The principal amount of the loan and reference rate remain unchanged. The amendment will eliminate the need to repay $10 million of principal in 2022 and $40 million in 2023 and allow McEwen Copper to raise additional financing as well as pursue its IPO.

    In consideration for the extension of the Term Loan and other amendments, Sprott Private Resource Lending II (Collector), LP will be paid bonus interest in the form of 588,235 restricted common shares of the Company. Evanachan Limited, an entity wholly-owned by Rob McEwen, and a lender of half the principal outstanding under the Term Loan, has waived any right to receive bonus interest.

    In addition, the Company has entered into a $15 million Promissory Note with Evanachan Limited maturing on September 30, 2025, and bearing interest of 8% payable monthly in arrears. The Promissory Note will be used for working capital purposes and can be repaid by the Company at any time without penalty.

    Mux, bijzonder verhaal. Ik bezit 5500 aandelen met een GAK van 0.81. Ik wacht al een tijdje op een vijf of tien bagger. Geduld is een schone zaak.

    McEwen mining zal nooit maal 5 of maal 10 gaan. Dat wat ze in bezit hebben is simpelweg niet kwalitatief genoeg. Ze hebben op zich wel een goed koperproject, maar je moet de CAPEX ervan eens bekijken. Ze krijgen dat simpelweg nooit gefinancieerd.
    Er zijn echt veel betere mijnbedrijven en development projecten dan McEwen Mining.

    Ik begrijp dat niet zo goed. Trends loopt ook al een jaar of vier met dit bedrijf te dwepen. Je moet eens kijken naar wat de beurskoers in al die tijd gedaan heeft. Eigenlijk ligt hun AISC veel te hoog.

    Highlights bericht 5 april:
    Drill hole DO-21-316 at the 531 Zone intersected 1.54 g/t Au over 32.2 m (from 430.0 m downhole), including 4.63 g/t Au over 6.7 m within 2.13 g/t Au over 18.9 m.

    DO-21-316 intercepts are located approximately 135 m down-plunge from the best intercept drilled to-date at the 531 Zone (DO-21-310; see news from September 9, 2021) and below the SLR 2022 NI43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate ("SLR 2022") conceptual pit limits, indicating down-plunge continuity of high-grade mineralized trends and resource expansion potential at depth in the 531 Zone.

    Drill hole DO-21-317 intersected three discrete gold zones: 5.58 g/t Au over 3.0 m (from 258.0 m downhole); 1.62 g/t Au over 16.0 m (from 284.0 m downhole); and 3.42 g/t Au over 8.0 m (from 369.0 m downhole).

    DO-21-317 intercepts are located up-plunge relative to the DO-21-310 intercept and within a different stratigraphic horizon relative to DO-21-316 that is also favourable for gold mineralization, indicating multiple stacked gold zones that remain open.
