   23-12-2011 kregen ze toegang tot boekenonderzoek. Stel dat ze na de feestdagen zijn begonnen op 2-1-2012 en dat het 14 dagen duurt, dan zou er zo snel mogelijk 16 januari, dus deze week, een definitief bod kunnen komen.
   Boeken lijken mij op orde/inzichtelijk, omdat ze onlangs hun financieringsruimte hbeben verruimd bij de banken. Lijkt mij voor de hand liggend dat het finale bod toch uiterlijk binnen een maand komt, dus voor 23-01-2012. Vraag me niet waarom, maar dat is mijn verwachting.

    AMSTERDAM (AFN) - De Hongaarse divisie van Wavin wordt verdacht, samen met twee andere bedrijven, van het maken van prijsafspraken. Het onderzoek dat door de Hongaarse mededingingsautoriteit GVH is geopend verhoogt het risicoprofiel van het bedrijf, schrijft KBC Securities op donderdag.
    
    Wavin heeft bevestigd dat er een inspectie van de GVH is geweest en zegt mee te werken aan het onderzoek. Dat kan volgens KBC langer dan een jaar duren.
    
    Volgens de bank zal het nieuws weinig gevolgen hebben voor de resultaten van het bedrijf. Wel is er een impact op het sentiment. Mexichem, dat Wavin wil overnemen, zou kunnen gaan twijfelen aan dat voornemen. Totdat er duidelijkheid is over de betrokkenheid van de buizen- en leidingsspecialist bij mogelijke prijsafspraken wordt het risicoprofiel van het bedrijf aangetast, aldus KBC.
    
    Donderdag rond 9.40 uur noteerde Wavin 0,3 procent lager op 9,47 euro. De MidKap stond 0,3 procent hoger.

Volgens KBC zou Mexichem (MEXCHEM.MX), het Mexicaanse bedrijf dat recent een bod op Wavin heeft uitgebracht, kunnen gaan twijfelen over de overname, omdat het maken van prijsafspraken zich wellicht ook in andere landen heeft voorgedaan.     'Wavin Hongerije verdacht van prijsafspraken' Zal mij niet verbazen dat Mex het even in de wachtkamer zet, de prijs zakt daardoor en krijgen ze het mooi goedkoop, dat ze het gaan kopen staat mi vast alleen de prijs daar knokken ze nog over.

    Dit nieuws is al ruim een week bekend. Ik denk niet dat dit veel invloed heeft op de huidige koers en eventuele overname. Gewoon rustig afwachten.

    De Hongaarse mededingingsautoriteiten zijn een onderzoek gestart naar een onderdeel van buizenfabrikant Wavin, Wavin Hongarije. De onderneming wordt, samen met twee andere bedrijven in het land, verdacht van het maken van prijsafspraken. Dat heeft Wavin donderdag bevestigd. De firma zegt mee te werken aan het onderzoek.
    
    
    Volgens een woordvoerder duurt het onderzoek circa 6 maanden, maar kan het om speciale redenen ook zeker twee keer zo veel tijd in beslag nemen. Wat die speciale redenen zouden kunnen zijn, kon de zegsman niet vertellen. Wavin wil ook niets zeggen over de mogelijke impact van het onderzoek op Wavin Hongarije. ,,Wij hebben geen reden om aan te nemen dat er iets aan de hand is''.
    
    De woordvoerder wilde wel kwijt dat Hongarije binnen het regiocluster Zuid-Oost Europa, waar ook Italië, Roemenië, Turkije, Kroatië en Servië onder vallen, ,,niet een heel groot land is''. Hongarije komt in het cluster op nummer drie.
    
    Volgens de Belgische bank KBC zal het resultaat van Wavin als gevolg van het onderzoek niet worden geraakt. Maar 'het sentiment' rond het bedrijf lijdt wel. Zo zou Mexichem, dat een bod op Wavin heeft gedaan, kunnen gaan twijfelen aan zijn voornemen. Mexichem doet momenteel boekenonderzoek bij Wavin. Dit zou enkele weken in beslag kunnen nemen, zo liet de woordvoerder weten.

    De koers komt onder druk door de onzekerheid en tijdsdruk.
    Valt genoeg te verdienen bij andere fondsen.

    Andere fondsen hebben ook al kleine ritjes gemaakt naar boven.Wachten en geduld vind ik de enigste optie, laat je niet van de wijs maken door zo,n bericht, het loopt meestal met een sisser af. Mex blijft op wavin azen, dat bericht heeft voor hun geen betekenis, ze hebben geld zat.

    De koers word al weken vastgezet rond de 9,45-9,50 daar is dus wel opdracht voor gegeven,en die opdracht staat nog steeds.
    Als er vandaag geen nieuws naar buiten komt dan zeker maandag,ik heb voor een paar centen puts gekocht en zo mijn aandelen verzekerd in geval de koop niet doorgaat.
