    Crucell: Delta Lloyd neemt belang 5,1%

    AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering nv, onderdeel van het Engelse Aviva plc, heeft een belang genomen van 5,09% in Crucell nv, meldt het biotechbedrijf maandag.

    Per 30 september jongstleden stonden 36,3 mln aandelen Crucell uit.

    Het aandeel Crucell wint omstreeks 11.50 uur 1,8% op EUR 6,79.

    kijk, een koersdoel stelt niets voor, maar een belang als deze komt al wat serieuzer over...

    NB benieuwd wat de verkopers op 6,85 doen. Normaliter zou ik de opdracht intrekken om te zien wat zo'n bericht met de koers doet(of zijn ze iets anders ah doen en missen ze dit bericht?)

    Hans, dit is gewoon het persbericht dat Crucell heeft uitgegeven (= de originele bron). Yahoo neemt het alleen maar over!
    Even aanmelden via de Crucell site en je krijgt de persberichten rechtstreeks in je mailbox.
    Maar .... inderdaad Yahoo vermeld de PBs van Crucell altijd keurig!

    Volgens mij is dit zeer goed nieuws, want dit betekent niet alleen dat het aantal vrij verhandelbare aandelen sterk vermindert, maar toont ook het vertrouwen in CRXL.
    Kan een financiële instelling op een andere manier meer vertrouwen uitspreken in een bedrijf dan door een groot belang te nemen? Al de adviezen worden met pakken zout genomen, maar dit is toch veel meer.
