    Mannen proficiat, en het is nog steeds maar het begin.
    Helaas heb ik geen aandeeltjes meer.... ik kan me wel voor mijn kop slaan, maar ja wellicht komt het nog goed.

    Wat een volume! ik begrijp dat men een institutionele belegger van aandelen wil voorzien? maar het volume is toch veel groter dan het te verkopen aantal?
    Of toch nog onderhands wat gehandel?

    Maar goed, who cares bij deze prijzen?

    Result of secondary placing of ordinary shares in Sopheon



    On 16 May 2018, Sopheon announced that it had been advised by Andy Michuda, Barry Mence, Stuart Silcock and Arif Karimjee (the "Directors") along with a number of other shareholders (together the "Selling Shareholders"), that they intended to sell approximately 315,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via an accelerated bookbuild placing to institutional investors (the "Placing").



    Sopheon announces that the Selling Shareholders have sold 315,481 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sopheon. The Placing Shares were placed at a price of 986 pence per share, being a premium to the closing mid-market price on 15 May 2018, and were sold to institutional investors in an oversubscribed placing managed by finnCap Ltd acting as sole bookrunner ("finnCap" or "Bookrunner").



    Barry Mence, Executive Chairman, commented "As a Board we are excited about the future prospects of the Company and the opportunity to continue to deliver on our vision. Since releasing our 2017 results we have met with a number of investment houses, with the objective of expanding our institutional shareholder base. It became clear that to facilitate this, certain long-standing shareholders and management would need to make available a relatively small part of their holdings. The oversubscribed interest from the investment community for this secondary placing is very gratifying to see, and we welcome the new institutions onto the register."



    Of the Placing Shares, 70,000 Ordinary Shares were satisfied by the exercise of options by Arif Karimjee and Andy Michuda, these shares have been issued and allotted and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 June 2018.

    The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital consists of 10,122,513 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the figure of 10,122,513 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.



    The Company is not a party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.



    Settlement of the Placing is expected to take place on 1 June 2018, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain customary conditions.

    Ik neem aan Klaas dat je verkocht heb met een behoorlijke winst, dus kan je van je winst toch ook weer inspringen.
    Ik heb er niet zoveel verstand van maar volgens mij zijn er gewoon een paar honderd duizend aandelen van de ene hand naar de andere hand gegaan!
    Het signaal naar de markt is alleen helemaal top dat een of twee grote spelers die partijen hebben opgekocht. Hoeveel vertrouwen straalt dit niet uit zeg!!! En volgens mij zwarte ridder hebben de heren van Sopheon nog genoeg aandelen in bezit dat een overname tzt zeer lucratief voor ze zal zijn.

    Dus is mijn conclusie dat er nog prachtige jaren aan gaan komen, dus vast houden en koesteren je aandelen

    Ik denk dorus dat sproetje alles heeft verkocht, en volgens mij vlak voor de jaarcijfers van dit jaar. Maar ik hoop wel dat ze een behoorlijke winst heeft gepakt!

    Door deze onderhandse verkoop vindt er in ieder geval geen verwatering plaats. Ze hadden ook kunnen kiezen voor een emissie, Die heeft vaak een behoorlijke koersdaling tot gevolg.

    Of zou het een vriendendienst zijn geweest naar de trouwe investeerders uit slechtere tijden? Dat de directie al weet dat dit jaar weer prachtige cijfers gepresenteerd gaan worden;-)))

    Is het overigens toeval dat fincap de transacties begeleid hebben en dat we vandaag precies op 10 pond hun koersdoel geëindigd zijn!! Laten ze dan maar snel het koersdoel op 15 pond zetten!!!

    6 juli dividend uitkeren, het is nog niet veel maar je weet nooit wat het nog kan worden de komende jaren, iedereen fijne pinksterdagen en dinsdag weer wachten op de eerste stappen richting die 15 pond!

    7 juni Gartje.

    Wordt een stevige bodem zo die 986.Weer een leuke order erdoor . om 16u 52 weer een van in de 60k maar vindt hem niet meer terug. Je zou zeggen dat iemand binnenkort een belang van 3 % zou moeten gaan melden in Sopheon

    Zag op die link die Bertus 9 mei plaatste dat 7 juni ex DIV, en pay day 6 Juli, maar maakt ook niet uit is toch lekker zo vlak voor de vakantie;-)))

    Daar is al eerder een draadje aan besteed Fopje, volgens mij is daar nog niets bekend over, ik zelf heb bij andere bedrijven gehad dat je een keuze kon maken tussen cash geld of uit laten keren in aandelen. Tzt zullen we daar meer over horen neem ik aan.
