    Dit is alles oud nieuws. Gebruik svp niet allerlei domme kreten wanneer je niet alle in en outs kent. Steinhoff publiceert in het 1eQ resultaten en bijgestelde jaarrekeningen. Hier liggen nog mooie kansen.

    Steinhoff – Challenge to the implementation of the SEAG CVA

    Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the “Company” and with its subsidiaries, the “Group”)

    The Company’s subsidiary Steinhoff Europe AG (“SEAG”) has today been notified of an application issued by LSW GmbH, a company claiming to be a creditor of SEAG, challenging the company voluntary arrangement proposed in relation to SEAG (“SEAG CVA”) announced on 14 December 2018 (the “Application”). In accordance with the terms of the SEAG CVA, implementation of the SEAG CVA will not occur until the challenge to the SEAG CVA has been resolved.

    Under the terms of the company voluntary arrangement proposed in relation to Steinhoff Finance Holding GmbH (“SFHG CVA”) announced on 14 December 2018, implementation of the SFHG CVA will likewise not occur until the challenge to the SEAG CVA has been resolved.
    The relevant terms of the SEAG CVA and the SFHG CVA, including the interim moratoria, continue to apply. The Company continues to work towards the implementation of the financial restructuring of the Group and management continues to support and focus on the ongoing operations.

    The Company and SEAG are currently examining the detail of the Application and will provide further updates as appropriate.
    Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Group.

    07:26:09 / 11-01-19 Steinhoff International European Subsidiary Challenged Over Insolvency Agreement

    Steinhoff International Holdings NV (SNH.JO) said Friday that its European subsidiary has received a challenge from LSW GmbH, which claims to be a creditor, regarding its proposed company voluntary arrangement.
    The South African retailer said that the implementation of the company voluntary arrangement in relation to Steinhoff Europe AG won't happen until the challenge from LSW has been resolved.
    Similarly, the company voluntary arrangement for Steinhoff Finance Holding GmbH will also be on hold until the dispute is settled, Steinhoff said.
    Steinhoff said it and its subsidiary are examining the detail of the challenge and will provide further updates as appropriate.
    Steinhoff said it continues to work towards the financial restructuring of the group.

    het aandeel heeft enorm veel verloren door angst van beleggers rondom de fraude.
    De cijfers zijn gewoon goed.
    Als het PWC rapport in Maart positief uitpakt en de fraude blijkt mee te vallen dan kan het snel en hard omhoog.

    GROENLO (AFN) - Nedap heeft een driejarig contract getekend met de Zuid-Afrikaanse kledingketen Ackermans. Het beursgenoteerde bedrijf gaat zijn softwareplatform !D Cloud leveren aan de 800 winkels van Ackermans. Er zijn geen financiële details naar buiten gebracht.

    De beslissing om de software uit te rollen werd voorafgegaan door een proef bij tien winkels. Ackermans stelt in de Nederlandsche Apparatenfabriek, zoals Nedap voluit heet, een nieuwe langetermijndienstverlener te hebben gevonden.

    De keten is de eerste retailer in Afrika die het systeem op basis van RFID-chips op zo'n grote schaal uitrolt. Hiermee wil het bedrijf zijn voorraden beter bijhouden om de aanvulprocessen van magazijn tot winkels te optimaliseren.

    Ik heb het idee dat Steinhoff vergeleken kan worden met een champagnefles die onder druk is gebracht door heftig schudden en waar de duimpjes langzaam de kurk omhoog drukken ..........totdat die knalt !
    De berichten worden langzaam steeds beter en er wordt hard gewerkt achter de schermen om dit bedrijf weer op de rit te krijgen; dat kost tijd en dus neem ik ook die tijd ditmaal ! Heb eerder in dit soort aandelen gezeten en ben er steeds te vroeg uit gegaan en veel winst misgelopen ! Zal toch een keertje moeten lukken; de aanhouder wint .
    We gaan het zien !
