    1 Definitions
    For the purposes of these Conditions:
    "Compulsory Interest Payment Date" means each Interest Payment Date in relation to which at any time
    during a period of 12 months prior to such Interest Payment Date the Issuer has:
    (i) declared or paid a dividend (whether final or interim dividend, whether in cash, shares or any other
    form), or more generally made a payment of any nature on or in respect of any Equity Securities (as
    defined below); or
    (ii) redeemed (other than redeemed on the specified maturity date), repurchased, repaid or otherwise
    acquired, or any of its Subsidiaries has purchased or otherwise acquired, any Equity Securities.
    "Optional Interest Payment Date" means any Interest Payment Date other than a Compulsory Interest
    Payment Date.

    (e) Interruption of Interest
    (i) No Interruption on Compulsory Interest Payment Date
    On each Compulsory Interest Payment Date, the Issuer shall pay interest in respect of the Notes
    accrued to that date with respect to the Interest Period ending immediately prior to such
    Compulsory Interest Payment Date.
    (ii) Interruption on any Optional Interest Payment Date
    On any Optional Interest Payment Date, the Issuer may, at its option, pay interest in respect of
    the Notes accrued to that date in respect of the Interest Period ending immediately prior to such
    Optional Interest Payment Date, but the Issuer shall have, subject to such election and decision
    having been made by its Conseil díadministration or its Directeur GÈnÈral or any Directeur
    GÈnÈral DÈlÈguÈ and subject further to notice of election of non-payment to the Noteholders as
    provided below, no obligation to make such payment and any such failure to pay shall not
    constitute a default by the Issuer under the Notes or for any other purpose.
    Notice of non-payment of any interest under the Notes on any Optional Interest Payment Date
    shall be given to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 10 at least twenty business days
    prior to such Optional Interest Payment Date. Notice of any such non-payment shall, so long as
    the Notes are listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange and/or Euronext Paris S.A., be given as
    soon as reasonably practicable to such stock exchanges and for so long as the rules of such
    stock exchanges so require.
    Any interest not paid on an Optional Interest Payment Date as provided by this Condition
    4(e)(ii) will be forfeited and accordingly will no longer be due and payable by the Issuer.

    If the deal is finalised, Casino will spin out and combine its French retail operation with Teract, a listed company owned by Zouari, tech billionaire Xavier Niel, banker Matthieu Pigasse and France’s biggest farmers’ co-operative InVivo.

    The two sides announced exclusive talks earlier this month but disclosed neither a valuation nor how much of Casino’s debt would be transferred. Teract will inject at least €500mn into the venture.

    People familiar with the deal said the combined retail businesses would be placed in one entity, with Naouri as chief executive and Casino owning 60 per cent to Teract’s 40 per cent.

    A second entity will act as a central purchasing platform to supply the retail stores with locally grown fruit and vegetables, wine and baked goods via InVivo’s 300,000 farmers. Zouari will lead it, with Teract and its backers owning 60 per cent to Casino’s 40 per cent.

    Naouri is betting the deal will rejuvenate Casino and stem market share losses, which could help him convince the judges overseeing the holding companies’ restructuring proceedings to give him more time to pay creditors.

    Casino faces €1.2bn in debt maturities in 2024 and €1.8bn in 2025. Another €1.9bn is due at holding company Rallye in 2025.

    hier zie je dat gewone bondjes vanaf het dieptepunt al weer flink zijn teruggeveerd, van 25% naar 30%, 20% erbij op.

    Met een dieptepunt van ca 7,3% (dan sla ik de intraday lows over) zouden we dan al weer op ca 8,75% moeten staan.

    een relatief forse koper heeft er vertrouwen in? Het lijkt alsof vandaag de laat over de dag langzamerhand steeds is leeggekocht imo. Zou de betaalinstructie naar de paying agent misschien al zijn uitgegaan? Ik kan me voorstellen dat dat bij een broker al is te zien, en dat is ook niet echt non-openbare info, en ik kan me voorstellen dat iemand voorsorteert op een opluchtingsrally.

    Ik weet 100% zeker dat er op 18 januari een Corporate Action verscheen met betaaldatum 20 januari. Heb de screenprints namelijk bewaard.

    Maar op het Rabo Forum lees ik nu inderdaad een post van 28 maart om 9:12:

    "De rente is weer voldaan" lees ik hierboven... zal wel ten onrechte wat wantrouwend zijn, maar bij mijn DeGiro rekening is de rente gisteren wel weggehaald, maar niet bijgeschreven en ook niet onder mijn portefeuille vermeld als "nog uit te keren". Is dat bij mede DeGiro forumleden ook zo?

    Dus ga ik er maar vanuit dat er iets is veranderd bij DeGiro.
    Dan wacht ik de 20e maar geduldig af.
