   Zij moeten vandaag het voorstel indienen, maar wil dit zeggen dat de SEC daar dan ook mee instemt ? Of komt de uiteindelijke goedkeuring van de SEC nog enkele dagen later ?

   the largest and busiest ports in the world.
   The Port of Long Beach established a
   Healthy Harbor program in 2002 and expanded
   that in 2005 with a Green Port Program. A
   goal of those initiatives is to improve air
   quality by reducing harmful emissions
   from port activities—activities that use
   millions of gallons of diesel fuel per year.

   Ik heb nog niets gehoord over wel of geen delisting, of er uberhaupt een plan is ingediend.

    O2Diesel Corporation OTD .BC Equity and Years of Losses 07/09/07
    Als ik het goed begrijp is 7 sept de notification date dus uitstel tot die tijd.

    Transport Fleet Pioneers the Use of O2Diesel(TM) in France
    
    NEWARK, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/30/07 -- O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD) today announced that it will commence the first use of its proprietary clean burning ethanol diesel blend O2Diesel(TM) in France in conjunction with Veolia Transport, one of the world's largest transit system operators. O2Diesel will begin its first European demonstration at Veolia's bus fleet operations in Angouleme in the Bordeaux region of France.
    
    This project follows the company's recent announcement that it has received the regulatory approval necessary to commence the use of its proprietary clean burning ethanol diesel blend O2Diesel(TM) in the French market.
    
    Veolia Transport (ex Connex) is part of Veolia Environmental and is focused on public transport.
    
    "In accordance with our policy of sustainable development, we are actively concerned with the reduction of exhaust emissions green house effect gases from our fleet of 30,000 buses all over the world. This activism is resulting not only in a program to renew a large part of our fleet with cleaner vehicles (EURO IV,V and EEV) but also in improving the existing fleet with technologies that provide significant reductions of emissions," said a Veolia executive.
    
    The Veolia/O2Diesel project in Angouleme is part of Veolia's continuing effort to meet the French and European commitment to improved air quality and drastically reduce green house gases. O2Diesel(TM) contributes to this goal by:
    
    -- Its use of renewable ethanol to reduce green house gases.
    -- Its verified ability to substantially reduce smoke, particulate matter
    and Nox.
    -- Proving its suitability as a solution to the need for energy
    diversification in the transport sector through this first test
    demonstration in France.
    
    
    "This is an extremely important first step in securing commercial acceptance in the French market, which we consider to be one of our biggest opportunities," said Alan Rae, CEO of O2Diesel Corporation. "Europe continues to be an extremely important opportunity for O2Diesel and we are confident that a successful program at Veolia will verify O2Diesel(TM) as a sustainable and immediately available solution to Europe's commitment to air quality and mandated switch to biofuels."
    
    The pilot will start in September with the fleet of buses identified by Veolia for the program and will be monitored by ADEME (Agence de l'Environment et de la Maîtrise de l'Energie).

    Hmm, ja jullie hebben gelijk sorry.
    Na dit PB is ie weer keurig terug gezet op de 50 cent, wat is dat toch steeds..........
    Of heeft dat te maken met die afname van aandelen als de koers boven de 50 cent blijft?(pro eco)
