   ArcelorMittal doet officieel bod op Ilva
   
   Na overname wil staalgigant 2,3 miljard investeren.
   
   (ABM FN-Dow Jones) ArcelorMittal heeft samen met Marcegaglia het bod op de Italiaanse staalfabriek Ilva geformaliseerd. Dit meldde de staalgigant maandag zonder nadere details te vermelden over de overnameprijs.
   
   Ondanks het uitblijven van details omtrent de overnamesom, liet de staalreus wel weten na de overname 2,3 miljard euro te investeren in het bedrijf.
   
   Half juni 2016 meldde ArcelorMittal al van plan te zijn de Italiaanse staalfabriek over te nemen.
   
   ArcelorMittal was niet direct beschikbaar voor commentaar.
   
   Het aandeel ArcelorMittal noteerde maandag op een rood Damrak 1,7 procent lager op 8,26 euro.

    Kan er niks aan doen dat ik altijd zenuwachtig wordt van dit soort dalingen. Het nieuws is overwegend positief, maar toch behoren we tot de grootste dalers.
    Ik knijp even een weekje de oogjes dicht en verwacht dat we vrijdag toch zeker weer rond de 8.4/8.5 zitten als er niet onverwacht slecht nieuws naar buitenkomt

    Goed nieuws mbt ILVA.
    
    Was een onzekere factor maar is, zonder dat alle details bekend zijn en zonder dat er een besluit is genomen, nu wel weer een stuk duidelijker.

    Dat heb ik met bijkopen. Misschien is dit de bodem maar ik zou er niet vreemd van opkijken indien we de € 8 nog gaan aantikken dus bijkopen durf ik niet. Mede omdat mijn longs al in de min staan. Een correctie op de beurzen zit er nu toch wel aan te komen zou je verwachten met alle stijgingen van de Dow. Gaat dat gebeuren dan gaat MT natuurlijk mee. Maar wie weet, zorgen de yanken nog voor wat herstel.

    Heb ik ook dan ook niet meer. Bodem ligt bij mij op 8.20 dan verkoop ik alles. Kan het beter in aegon steken met de rente verhoging die er aan komt

    Lijkt mij wel een mooie kans, nu even kijken wat de Amerikanen er van vinden. Misschien helemaal niks omdat de meesten niet weten dat er ook nog landen en economieen buiten de US zijn.
