    RT 0.09 Deze zit nog steeds in het stijgend trendkanaal, maar 0.89 ongeveer is wel de steunlijn. Dus morgen weer up.
    De weerstand zie ik vandaag bij 0.108

    Die 104 miljoen aandelen die genoemd worden zijn al uitgegeven aan zgn "non-affiliates". Die verkoopt CBMC dus niet weer. Daar hebben ze dus geen inkomsten uit.
    (Niet duidelijk is voor mij of deze hoeveelheid aandelen wel is opgenomen in hun totaal aantal uitstaande aandelen, ik mag hopen van wel).
    Hetzelfde geldt voor de warrants.

    volgens yahoo is marktcap nu 30 miljoen, wat dus neerkomt op 340 miljoen aandelen. Is dus volgens mij inclusief die 104, echter exclusief de warrents.
    Overigens betekent filing niet meer dan een eventuele resale van aandelen die al uitgegeven zijn. Investeerders kunnen ook niet zomaar even 104 miljoen stukken en stukken uit warrants kwijt op de markt.. dus vandaar dat die t.z.t. in een public offering op de markt komen..

    Als ik je goed begrijp komen die 150 miljoen aandelen uit de warrants tzt dus wel nog erbij, wat neer zou komen op 340 + 150 is 490 miljoen aandelen.

    Maar dan wordt de markt toch overspoeld met die vrijgekomen aandelen - overaanbod - lagere koersen ? Of een andere investeerder moet het pakket in zijn geheel overkopen. Kan men dan nog spreken over een "public offering" ?
    Sorry voor mijn vragen, maar de antwoorden zijn misschien ook leerzaam voor andere beleggers.

    Wat er precies gebeurt met al die aandelen is mij ook niet duidelijk, zal zeker in etappes geplaatst worden, voornamelijk bij andere investeerders (en dus niet zozeer public offering). Vast staat wel dat de investeerders van het eerste uur met de grote winst gaan strijken.. maar zoals al eerder aangehaald, het extra geld was gewoon nodig om verder te kunnen.

    Verwacht nog steeds een reversed split op hogere koersen om t.z.t. het aantal aandelen tot normale proporties terug te brengen..

    Toch een aardige plus vandaag + 13,6% op 0,10 rond, 1KK omzet.. ik zeg het wordt tijd om de 0,10 achter ons te laten in afwachting van china-nieuws!

    Calypte Appoints New Board Member

    LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Calypte Biomedical Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBMC - News), medical diagnostic tests manufacturer for the rapid detection of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), announced that its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Adel Karas as an independent member of the Company's Board of Directors effective May 8, 2007.
    Mr. Karas has over 35 years of experience, primarily on the international front, much of it in the market regions in which Calypte is targeting sales for its Aware(TM) HIV-1/2 Oral Fluid diagnostic tests. Since December 2005 Mr. Karas has worked as the Regional Director (Asia, Africa & Middle East) for the World Agency of Planetary Monitoring & Earthquake Risk Reduction (WAPMERR) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). WAPMERR is involved with disaster management and risk assessments.

    Prior to his involvement with WAPMERR, in 2003 Mr. Karas co-founded and served as Managing Director of Strategic Energy Investment Group in Dubai. He started this group following his retirement from Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) in Houston, Texas where he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for two years before moving to Dubai where he set up and, for the next eight years, served as President of PGS for the Middle East Region. Mr. Karas served, as well, as the executive vice president for Grant Tensor Geophysical in Houston-Texas and as the president of Tensor Geophysical in Egypt. Mr. Karas attended AinShams University, University of Texas and University of Houston. He holds degrees in Geophysics and Operations Research as well as a Masters Degree in electrical engineering and an MBA.
