    king,let op dit aandeel op xetra ,plaatsing instituonele beleggers interessse,op de beurs van melbourne is het aandeel de laatste dagen aan het stijgen gegaan op frankfurt staat de koers dit ogenblik 0.28 cent,fondscode alex 300566,weldra staat de koers terug naar de 0.50 cent en meer.

    Private Placement
    Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Limited today announced that it has successfully raised A$5.0 million (before costs) via a private placement to institutional and private investors based in several European countries including the UK, Switzerland, and Germany.
    A total of 14,716,534 million new ordinary shares were placed at $0.3412 per share representing a 10% discount to the 30-days Volume Weighted Average Price (as calculated up to 21st April 2006).
    Settlement for this placement is expected to occur on Monday 1st May 2006.
    Representing Clinuvel, CEO, Dr Philippe Wolgen said: “A key component of my ongoing efforts is to secure sufficient funding for completion of our clinical program, which will soon be entering Phase 3 trials in Australia, Europe and South Africa. Our main clinical objectives are to use CUV1647 to prevent the symptoms of Polymorphous Light Eruption (PLE or sun poisoning) and to prevent the formation of Actinic Keratosis (AK, first malignant transformation to skin cancer). My team will endeavour and do its utmost to conduct a broad clinical program for CUV1647 to comply with the requirements of regulators worldwide.
    We are grateful to existing and new shareholders for supporting Clinuvel in this placement, which provides sufficient capital to continue the extensive program of CUV1647. Although still early days, the recently announced preliminary results of our latest PLE trial warrant confidence that CUV 1647 is efficacious in PLE. In addition, a third indication is also under review.”

    Ik neem aan dat je het aandeel Clinuvel bedoelt. Ik kan er geen real time koersen van zien bij Alex! En het boekje ook niet! Als ik nu bestens koop, krijg ik ze dan voor 0,28???

    klopt er is soms wenig handel in het aandeel,maar dat zal binnenkort veranderen,koop gewoon met limiet, bij alex koersen xetra 15 min vertraging,hubwoo staat op 2.63,dinsdag 8 mei vergadering.

    Ben je ingestapt tegen 31 eurocent of tegen $ 0,31 AUD. En bedoel je dat de koers naar 0,50 eurocent gaat of naar $0,50 AUD? Hij staat nu op $ 0,46 AUD en dat is € 0,28.
