    Koers komt weer lekker op stoom.

    Toch iemand begrijpt dat de kaarten misschien wat later op tafel komen, maar dat de kaarten zelf niet veranderd zijn. Buitenkansje nu, als je erin gelooft.

    Onlangs nog tegen de 7 aan, toen het goede nieuws werd verwacht. Neerwaartse risico is hiermee ook relatief afgedekt.

    Encysive Told by FDA to Reformat Response Data to Complete Marketing Application for Thelin

    HOUSTON (AP) -- Encysive Pharmaceuticals Inc. disclosed Thursday that the Food and Drug Administration said a response to agency questions on the hypertension drug Thelin was not complete because data provided needed to be in a different format.
    The disclosure marked the latest setback for the drug, which investors had expected to receive approval in July. The company said that the agency is not requesting any new information, but that the data needed to be presented in a "certain tabular format."

    Shares of Encysive dropped 39 cents, or 6.6 percent, to $5.55 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq at triple their average volume. Shares have traded between $3.29 and $10 in the last 52 weeks.

    In November, the company responded to an FDA request in July for additional information on the drug before it could be approved. At the time the original request was disclosed, the prospect that the drug would be delayed sent Encysive's stock tumbling 40.3 percent in one day, closing at $3.69.

    Encysive said it expects to provide the information within several days.

    Encysive Pharmaceuticals Submits Response to FDA For Thelin New Drug Application

    HOUSTON, Dec. 14, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Encysive Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ENCY - News) today announced it has provided the information requested by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in its letter to the Company dated December 13, 2006 regarding the Company's New Drug Application (NDA) for Thelin(tm) (sitaxsentan sodium) 100 mg tablets.
