    Enter Forbes' Liz Moyer, who seems to have swallowed the Pegasus peanut gallery's short story hook, line, and sinker. Worse yet, she believes the Pegasus corporate party line -- that an unproven outfit like Pegasus is going to outmaneuver Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), and everyone else playing in the hotly contested PC-to-TV video-streaming market.

    Ik ben nog even aan het zoeken geweest en kan niet echt veel negatiefs vinden van Liz Moyer. Mijn eerste indruk als ik haar artikelen lees zijn ze behoorlijk uitgebreid en onderbouwd.

    The stock's decline also coincides with the publication of 11 negative research notes from July through August by well-known short-seller Manuel Asensio, who runs his own research firm, Asensio & Co.

    An e-mail message to Asensio’s firm earlier on Monday was not answered.

    Standard market maker shakeout. We went up to 1.22, down to 0.84, up to 1.11, down to 0.93.

    Important lesson: don't buy all of your shares at once.

    Scale in and out of a position.

    Trade around a core position. Sell 1/3 when volume is high and stock looks overbought. Buy 1/3 when volume is low and stock looks oversold.

    hier kan ik me helemaal in vinden. Misschien dat ze ze nu weer even laten drukken, waar ze 3-4 dagen over gedaan hebben. Weer 1 dag van 18% en we staan op de 1.20.

    Op ymb word hij betitteld als dom maar als ik het onderste lees heeft hij 4.000.000 stukken in handen. Ook nog een kleine 6.000.000 kasgeld om dus 6.000.000 stukken op te kopen, tegen een nu niet al te hoge koers. Wie is er nu dom?

    Pegasus Cancels $10 Million Private Placement Agreement With CEO

    FREMONT, Calif. (AP) -- Wireless communications equipment maker Pegasus Wireless Corp. said Wednesday it canceled a previously announced plan to sell its stock to chief executive Jasper Knabb.
    Under the agreement, announced in June, Knabb was expected to buy $10 million in Pegasus shares. At the time, the company planned to use the proceeds for a transaction that never came to fruition.

    Pegasus said it has sold Knabb 379,625 shares of common stock at $8 per share for an aggregate of $3.04 million with money he had placed in an escrow account. Knabb cannot sell those shares for five years.

    The balance of the private placement has been canceled, but some of the money raised was used to hire sales and marketing staff. The remaining $6.96 million in the escrow account is being returned to Knabb, according to Pegasus.

    Knabb has invested more than $16.5 million since May 2005, and he currently holds about 4 million shares.

    Shares of Pegasus were unchanged in Wednesday's trading at $1.07 on the Nasdaq.
