    Ik heb uiteraard alles meegekregen. Maar had wel verwacht dat er deze afgelopen dagen een PB zou komen. Het is namelijk uitzonderlijk wat er de afgelopen dagen is gebeurd.

    A SMALL TRIUMPH FOR THE ALS COMMUNITY

    ALS WORLDWIDE – supporting ALS patients and their families through scientific research interpretation, individual patient advocacy and community activism – announced that patients under the care of ALS WORLDWIDE Medical Director, Michael E. Schafer and Executive Director, Stephen Byer will receive their first shipments of Iplex on April 21, 2009. Manufactured by Insmed Corporation, Iplex is believed to control and/or reverse the devastating symptoms of ALS. After two years of pleading and demanding, the first of the ‘trickle down’ results have begun. But the fight is far from over. Only a handful of patients are included is this preliminary clinical trial.

    The combined efforts of hundreds of ALS patients together with leadership from ALS WORLDWIDE succeeded in convincing Genentech Inc to relinquish its patent rights to the drug Iplex, manufactured by Insmed Corp.for the benefit of all ALS patients. Emails and letters bombarded Genetech, Inc. Moments before the scheduled Washington DC protest demonstration began on November 11, 2008, Genentech graciously agreed to allow distribution to this devastated population worldwide. Cheers were soon followed by disbelief. In January 2009, the FDA rejected all submissions.

    ALS WORLDWIDE again was forced to mobilize the ALS community, this time to convince the FDA to reverse their decision. Phone calls, letters and emails plagued the offices of nearly every official at the FDA. After two months of deluge, the FDA reversed its decision in March 2009, and granted a small number of patients (20) the right to be included in a limited clinical case study.

    The next step involves monitoring all patients through comprehensive, FDA approved written reports and documentary film clips of each patient’s progress. Because ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ ALS WORLDWIDE has asked all 20 patients to film themselves both before and during treatment to provide conclusive documentation.

    wellicht, crack, door jouw stelling op het hub dat het aandeel intrinsiek meer waaard is en nu bovendien de aanbeveling van de laatste week op de site van the fool.com met Why We Love Wild Penny Stocks ... dat deed de rest ;-)

    toorg voor hetzelfde geld had je rond de 1,10 verkocht na de stijging vanaf 90 cent...
    en nu nog zitten dubben of je ze hoger terug zou kopen of niet

    nooit emotioneel worden over genomen beslissingen en dat is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan

    Verkopen aan deze koersen? Ik denk er nog niet aan. $$ wil ik zien.
    DNA stond ooit ook 1 dollar.
    Misschien een deeltje traden, maar het kan plots heftig gaan. Als je dan net niet aan de knoppen zit.
