    Je bent ongelofelijk, echt zoiets heb ik nog nooit gezien. Je lijkt echt wel een verdriedubbelde adhd-patient, die teveel caffeine, theine en redbull op heeft.

    Er is toch niemand meer die zomaar op basis van "iets aan de hand" met je meejumpt. Wel eens gehoord van "pump and dump" ? Maar dit is gewoon van de gekken, je neemt nog niet eens de moeite om ook maar een opmerking of gil te onderbouwen.

    Ik wordt gek van dat geschreeuw, met winst, er weer in, er weer uit, klein verliesje, nu alles hierin en als je daar kijkt daar alweer uit.

    Het zou toch handig zijn als je gewoon maar eens in een draadje of "ergens anders" gaat posten. Dit is voor niemand meer te volgen.

    De groeten zal ik maar zeggen !

    Ik hoop dat je met Acus meer succes hebt dan met bijvoorbeeld EPIX, die hengelaarsclub, FMT, TMA, KERX en CRTX. Dat zag er allemaal niet zo lekker uit voor je. Doe eens wat rustiger en handel eens met meer visie.

    Ik wordt echt moe van jou, zelfs IEX neemt volgens mij niet mee de moeite om je te blokken. Soms kan iemand sneller nieuwe aliassen aanmaken, dan een ander ze kan verwijderen.

    Kijken naar de lijntjes, stond gewoon weer boven de 2,40 en nu weer op 2,30. Het is een durf-aandeel geworden, wie durft erin te gaan en te hopen op hogere regionen, meer wijsheid is er niet aan te knopen.

    ACUS beweegt voor geen meter, maar daar voel, hoop of denk je weer iets te vermoeden. Maandag is er een CC ja, dat gebeurt weleens bij beursgenoteerde bedrijven die de cijfers bekend maken. En ja, CRTX staat een cent hoger, en ??? Misschien straks wel 2 cent.

    Hou nou toch op met die hulpeloze sprongen en je pogingen om iedereen mee te sleuren. Ga je eigen gang, zonder te hopen dat heel IEX met je meespringt.

    Maar jij had een daling tot onder de 0,80 verwacht toch,koers nu daar 0,91.........en ik denk echt dat ik met acus de juiste heb nu,echt waar.

    Is laag geweest op 0,85 en niet die enorme koerssprong die jij "aanvoelde". RT overigens maar 0,88 en een bietje.

    Hou nou toch op joh, ieder aandeel hier aanprijzen dat veel gedaald is, kan niet alleen mij de neus uitkomen.

    ACUS staat oven de 50 cent, probeer je daar een uurtje op te concentreren.

    By Stefania Bianchi Of ZAWYA DOW JONES NEW YORK (Zawya Dow Jones)--Cash-rich Middle Eastern investors are eyeing acquisitions of U.S.-listed real estate investment trusts, which have been underperforming in recent months, as a discreet way to pick up undervalued property portfolios.
    "Sovereign wealth funds want places they can stash lots of money, and taking down a U.S. REIT would certainly qualify," says Dan Fasulo, managing director of New York-based research firm Real Capital Analytics.
    Qatar Investment AuthorityQatar Investment Authority, which invests internationally on behalf of the Gulf state, is part of consortium bidding for Los Angeles-based Maguire Properties Inc. (MPG), while Bahrain-based Arcapita BankArcapita Bank, an investment bank, says it also on the lookout for REIT opportunities.

    Apartment REITs such as Post Properties Inc. (PPS) and mortgage REITS such as Thornburg Mortgage Inc. (TMA), whose shares have plummeted in recent months and are badly in need of refinancing, are thought to be the types of investments these funds are weighing.
    One person familiar with a Middle-Eastern investor said it had considered but decided against making an offer for Post.
    Other beaten-down real estate companies, such as certain homebuilders, could also be candidates for buyers.

    In recent years, oil-rich Persian states such as Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, which includes Dubai and Abu Dhabi, have been investing billions of dollars around the world. Their sovereign wealth funds have been a source of badly needed cash for U.S. and European banks amid the global credit crunch.

    Now, Middle Eastern funds are turning their attention towards U.S. REITs, many of which are trading are trading at approximately 20-30% less than their estimated net asset value amid fears over financing and trouble for rentals.
    Sovereign wealth funds are huge government-controlled investment pools with an estimated $3 trillion in assets. The world's largest is the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority with an estimated $900 billion of assets. However, some Western politicians have raised concerns about the funds' growing heft.

    "While these REITs are underperforming as stocks," Peter Culliney, Real Capital Analytics' director of global research says they are a "pretty smart buy" in terms of real estate assets.
    Over the past year, the share value of Maguire Properties, which owns some of the most high-profile buildings in Los Angeles, has fallen 47.3% in the past 12 months, and 23.2% in the past three months. Company chairman and chief executive Robert Maguire is now bidding to buy the company himself in partnership with the QIAQIA and Century City-based real estate investment giant Colony Capital.
    "Maguire has a large portfolio of trophy assets in Los Angeles which are attractive to a sovereign wealth fund such as the QIAQIA," Kyser says.
    Bahrain's ArcapitaArcapita, which has concluded more than $22.5 billion in investment deals in recent years, is currently looking at "a handful of REIT go-private opportunities," says MacLaine Kenan, ArcapitaArcapita's Atlanta-based executive director of real estate investment.
    "We evaluate them based on how we can modify the capital structure and business strategy to make higher returns on investment than are possible in the public REIT structure," Kenan says. "Prices are far more attractive today than a year ago."

    "Companies like Thornburg, Newcastle, and Gramercy look as interesting as equity REITs," says Kenan, referring to Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT) and Gramercy Capital Corp. (GKK) "These shares are trading with far more distress than the equity REITs.

    Federal Reserve Bank of New York to provide financing to Thornburg Mortgage $2.82 -Update-
    BRIEFING.COM
    Federal Reserve Bank of New York has agreed to provide secured funding to TMA, as necessary, for an initial period of up to 28 days. Through its Discount Window, the Fed will provide non-recourse, back-to-back financing to TMA. Accordingly, TMA does not believe this transaction exposes its shareholders to any material risk. TMA is working on securing permanent financing or other alternatives for the company.
