    Liberty Star Receives SRK Consulting’s First Draft of Technical Report on Tombstone Porphyry Copper Claims

    TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: LBSR) is pleased to announce that CEO James Briscoe has received SRK Consulting’s (“SRK”) first draft of the NI 43-101 style technical report covering the Company’s Tombstone Porphyry-Precious Metals Project.

    The Walnut Creek Tombstone Porphyry-Precious Metals Project consists of 33 unpatented federal lode-mining claims over a projected covered porphyry copper mineral center in Cochise County, Arizona. These geologic data have been collected and interpreted over several decades starting in 1972 by Liberty’s President and Registered Professional Geologist James A. Briscoe. Metals prices now make this project a high-priority target of potentially large size. Based on geologic and geochemical characteristics as well as similarities to the 25 miles distant Bisbee porphyry system, significantly high grades of copper, moly, gold, silver, lead, zinc and other by-product metals are inferred. Liberty Star’s claims reside within or adjacent to a large volcanic and intrusive geologic feature known as a caldera. These caldera structures are present throughout southern Arizona, making the region one of the richest porphyry copper areas in the world. The Tombstone caldera, identified by Company CEO Briscoe and verified by the US Geological Survey (USGS), of which these claims are related but outside of the caldera, also hosts commercially significant gold and silver deposits, as well as a deep porphyry copper system drilled in 1973.

    Company CEO/Principal Geologist Briscoe will work with his team and the Tucson-based SRK staff to formulate a final draft. The completion of the final draft is expected within the next 30 days.

    6kk stukjes, 30% in de plus. Maar het mocht ook wel weer eens. Zakken wel weer wat terug volgende week, het nieuws is tenslotte slechts een aankondiging van nieuws...

    Natuurlijk, zou me niet verbazen als we in de loop van volgende week door de 10 cent heen gaan. Maar tussen nu en 30 dagen (-1) van nu als het officiele rapport uitkomt verrwacht ik toch nog wel wat terugval.
    Maar vandaag en in elk geval begin volgende week, gaan we kijken hoever hij terug kan naar zijn 52wk high ;-)

    Vrijblijvende conclusie van mijn kant: dit forum is 'Amerikaanse aandelen' wat door velen wordt gezien als 'pennystocks'. Pennystocks trekt voor het grootste deel daytraders (en voor meer zijn ze in theorie ook niet geschikt). LBSR was niet echt daytrader materiaal. Voor mij altijd een lange termijn positie geweest. In Alaska (als NAK de vergunning krijgt) zitten ze op claims die een potentiele waarde van miljarden heeft. JB heeft het correct aangepakt door zich nu te richten op de Tombstone claims terwijl Alaska zich ontvouwt. Hoe dan ook, voor mij is dit een lange termijn investering.

    Denk dat het hier daarom redelijk rustig is ;-)

    Denk je dat hij nog zwaar onder 0,05 zal gaan de volgende weken of is hij vertrokken?

    Komt van waarheid op beursduivel over lbsr.
    Hij zegt dat het troep is, maar misschien heb je hetzelf al gelezen...

    "Naast zijn 120.000 dollar per jaar krijgt de ceo massa aan goedkope opties.

    Het afgelopen jaar kreeg hij maar liefst 52,5 miljoen goedkope opties (uitoefenbaar op 0,0265). Een beloning van maar liefst 1,5 mijoen de afgelopen jaar.

    Dit is wel echt om te gieren

    Ze betaalden zijn oude auto voor 11k en ze kochten wederom een nieuwe voor hem voor 25k
    Ze huren kantoorruimte voor 2k. Ze huren nog een kantoorruimte voor de ceo in zijn eigen huis voor 500 dollar. De afstand tussen beide is maar ruim een kilometer Waarom hebben ze beide eigenlijk nodig
    Blijkbaar is die 1,5 miljoen nog niet genoeg voor deze gek, want de aandeelhouders moesten ook nog eens zijn nieuwe auto betalen.

    LBSR heeft momenteel 602 miljoen uitstaande aandelen. Alle insiders hebben de afgelopen jaar 95 miljoen opties gekregen. Daar komt de grap.
    Ze hebben gelijk een S-8 ingediend om ze allemaal te registreren voor directe verkoop.
    Dat is meer dan 15% van het huidige geplaatste en uitstaande aandelen. bedrijven beperken hun totale optietoekenningen tot 10% of minder, die allemaal tegen prijzen die ver boven de huidige prijs en ze meestal vast over een langere periode van tijd - tot meerdere jaren.

    Normaal is het dus niet"

    Ik weet niet of waarheid de waarheid in pacht heeft?
