    While many news outlets are now talking about it and mostly referring to this article by ANC, SaabsUnited found a some more details on Thursday September first on this link. We have been waiting for some kind of confirmation of that.

    If you try to feed Googletrans with this you will get a lot of nonsense talking about Saab entering the music industry.

    Press Release: Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd Obtains the Exclusive Monopolistic Trade Right for Saab Automobile and SAAB Automobile Parts in China

    On August 31st, Pang Da released “the bulletin about the follow-up progress situation after purchasing (Saab) assets.” It proclaims the following: Beijing Zhongji Leye Automobile Sales Co., Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Pang Da, (hereinafter referred to as ” Zhongjii Leye “) signed a ” General Agency Agreement ” with Saab Automobile and SAAB Automobile Parts AB (hereinafter referred to as “Saab Parts “) on August 30, 2011. Pursuant to the provision of the agreement, Saab Automobile and Saab Parts grants Zhongji Leye the Exclusive Monopolistic Trade Right for Saab Automobile and SAAB Automobile Parts in China (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan) (hereinafter referred to as” region” ).

    The main items of the “General Agency Agreement“ are as follow:

    1. Saab commissioned Zhongjii Leye as the sole and exclusive wholesaler in the region for the marketing, sales, distribution and service of the vehicles which mark, use or carry the Saab brand (hereinafter referred to as “Saab vehicles”), also of the auxiliaries and derivatives (collectively referred to as the “Saab vehicle products “). Saab grants Zhongji Leye the Exclusive Monopolistic Trade Right for its vehicle products in the region, authorizes Zhongji the sole and exclusive dealer for the marketing, sales, distribution and service of Saab vehicle products in the region, and authorizes Zhongji to build dealer network in the region.

    2. SAAB Automobile Parts AB commissioned Zhongjii Leye as the sole and exclusive wholesaler in the region for the marketing, sales, distribution and service of the parts and accessories manufactured for Saab vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “Parts”), also of the auxiliaries and derivatives (collectively referred to as the “Saab parts products “). Saab grants Zhongji Leye the Exclusive Monopolistic Trade Right for its parts products in the region, authorizes Zhongji the sole and exclusive dealer for the marketing, sales, distribution and service of Saab parts products in the region, and authorizes Zhongji to build dealer network in the region.

    3. For all imported and domestic Saab vehicles and the vehicles with brand growth, calculated per the number of retail outlets, dealer network should be divided by the ratio of 50/50 between the dealers of Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Pang Da”) and the independent dealers.

    4. After Zhongji Leye has put on records as sole distributor in China’s Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Commerce, it should organize and be responsible to establish and maintain a network consisting of multiple service centers in the region for Saab vehicles, parts, auxiliaries and derivatives (collectively, referred to as the ” Product “) to provide efficient and comprehensive service and maintenance, whether the product is sold by Zhongji Leye or not.

    5. Unless Zhongji Leye takes the reasonable remedial measures which satisfies Saab Automobile within 60 days after the Saab’s written complaint day, the main situations for Saab Automobile and SAAB Automobile Parts AB to terminate the ” General Agency Agreement ” are as follow:

    (1)Zhongji Leye’s the transfer from a domestic company to a Sino-foreign joint venture with Saab Automobile or its related parties as shareholder terminates or is not able to be completed within six months after the signing date of the joint venture contract between Saab Automobile (or its related parties) and Pang Da as contractors, except it is only attributable to the faults of Saab Automobile (or its related parties)

    (2) Zhongji Leye is not able to obtain the qualification of being vehicles sole distributor pursuant to Chinese laws within six months after the signing date of the “General Agency Agreement”

    (3) The “Subscription Agreement” terminates due to Youngman and Pang Da have not complete their respective subscription to the equity of Sweden Automobile, unless the parties have some other agreement.

    Het "minimale" bedrag om een direct faillissement af te wenden is (op dit moment) zo'n 17 miljoen euro.

    Dat is als volgt opgebouwd:
    - 11 miljoen salarissen
    - 6 miljoen bij Kronofogden (Staats deurwaarder)

    LET OP! Dit is niet het totale bedraag aan schulden bij toeleveranciers. Het bedrag dat openstaat bij toeleveranciers is zo'n 80-120 miljoen euro. Ook zijn er bij Kronofogden al veel meer claims ingediend, maar aangezien dat proces nogal wat tijd in beslag neemt is er tot nu toe "slechts" 6 miljoen daadwerkelijk "goedgekeurd" om direct van Saab's rekeningen te halen.

    Dat bedrag zal de komende weken alleen maar verder stijgen.
    Je vergeet 3,5 miljoen aan belasting en premies sv. Dat bedrag is intussen ook al als overdue aan te merken.
