    Zojuist 25% van mijn oorspronkelijke A.M.T portefeuille verkocht.
    Wat speelt er en wat is de oorzaak van de wispelturige koers, met uislagen van $ 3,00 in de loop van de handelsdag.
    Bij $ 28,00 koop ik ze waarschijnlijk terug.
    Zo kun je leuk inspelen op de grote beweeglijkheid van het aandeel.
    Zijn er meer traders in dit forum???

    Ik heb ze vorig jaar november gekocht voor $14,00 op het goede nieuws van AMT-061 en in maart verkocht voor $22,39. Dat bleek te vroeg te zijn maar ik ben helaas niet helderziend. Ik denk dat het nu overgewaardeerd is, met een price/book ratio van >10. Ik zal weer instappen op een koers onder de $20.

    BioMarin is vergevorderd met hemofilie A. Bijzonder is dat zij het door QURE geclaimde AAV5 gebruiken. Het plaatje is ook bijzonder: de spreiding tussen patiënten is gigantisch en het gemiddelde lijkt na verloop van tijd af te nemen. twitter.com/ByMadeleineA/status/99886...

    BioMarin wil flinke stappen maken met hemofilie A. Vergroot sample size. www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/biom...

    Ik moet nog maar zien of QURE haar hemofilie A project voortzet. Met nog een AAV5 gentherapie in hemofilie A zal QURE waarschijnlijk onvoldoende onderscheidend zijn. Dus zal hun benadering écht anders moeten zijn (of ze kiezen voor andere programma's waarin ze wel kunnen winnen).

    @de breyde, ik heb ze verkocht. Niet omdat ik niet in Uniqure geloof, maar omdat ik de winst wilde verzilveren. Mocht er een flinke terugval komen binnenkort, dan koop ik ze weer terug. Voelt fijn om een keer winst te nemen.

    Goed idee Streber, ik ga zo 25% van mijn z.g. AMT portefeuille verkopen.
    Hierna resteert er nog 50% van mijn investering.

    Terugkopen op ca. € 28,00 lijkt mij wel een goed idee.

    Volgens Binck koersdoel van 7 analisten € 46,20.
