    Ripple (XRP): ‘Ook grote banken gaan noodgedwongen crypto adopteren’
    Momenteel doen circa 40 centrale banken ter wereld onderzoek naar de implementatie van blockchain technologie.

    “Ik denk níet dat banken of overheden gaan verdwijnen. Banken hebben een belangrijke positie binnen onze maatschappij op het gebied van financiële dienstverlening.

    Garlinghouse ziet samenwerking als de enige optie op dit moment. Ripple wil de kosten van wereldwijde betalingen goedkoper maken.

    Ripple (XRP) gaat flinke Prijsstijging en bullish reversal zien
    Als Ripple op het huidige prijsniveau blijft, dan zou dat betekenen dat het de grootste maandelijkse winst boekt sinds september 2018. Toen steeg de altcoin van $0,335 naar $0,582 wat een een winst van 73 procent is.

    De rally van deze maand is dus nog lang niet zo indrukwekkend als die van september 2018. Echter, XRP kan de komende maanden flink gaan stijgen. Dit omdat een veel gebruikte technische lange termijn indicator op het punt staat om bullish te worden.

    Banken en het bedrijf Ripple kunnen elkaar goed vinden. Ook andere financiële dienstverleners kijken stiekem naar cryptomunt XRP of een ander product van Ripple om hun diesnten te verbeteren. De eerste stapjes van dit soort instellingen in de wereld van cryptocurrency en/of blockchains.

    Vontobel launches a certificate on Ripple for investors who wish to participate in Ripple simply and transparently

    Vontobel launches the first Open-End Certificate on Ripple in Switzerland and Germany. The newly issued Ripple certificate is an interesting alternative to a direct investment in the crypto currency and offers investors some important advantages:

    With the Vontobel certificate, investors participate in the price performance of the ripple (XRP) without having to have access to the ripple network or a ripple wallet themselves. These processes and services are provided by Vontobel as the issuer of the certificate. The participation certificate is also tradable on the stock exchanges, i.e. investors can make use of trading hours, market making quality requirements, liquidity and settlement of regulated exchanges. However, investors must take into account the issuer's default risk and the market risk (price risk) of the underlying asset in USD. There is no currency hedging against the US dollar.

    "With the launch of the certificate on Ripple, Vontobel is further expanding its range of products based on crypto currencies, once again demonstrating its technological leadership and innovative strength. We are thus offering investors in Switzerland and Germany attractive diversification opportunities," said Roger Studer, Head of Vontobel Investment Banking.
