    Justice will prevail:

    Due to corruption/manipulation/bribery/ lawsuits etc. the $XRP coin has lost it's popularity and ranking among the top coins. With it, millions of hard working investors have lost $$'s and are still holding or hodling.
    Needless to say, justice will have to soon take place as we're now in the "wealth transfer" phase of the cycle.

    Now you're probable wondering why $XRP and not the rest?

    To understand this, you have to fully understand how a Meme coin works. In short, the bigger the community=mass spread of info=mass media coverage= FOMO.
    $XRP has 4 +/- millions investors/wallets. This is more wallets then almost all meme coins combined.
    The $XRP hodlers all have several things in common ??

    1. Hard working
    2. Against corruption
    3. No unicorns/magical fairy dust
    4. Law abiding citizens

    I'm also assuming that their "circle of friends" or "community" will be in the same camp.

    Why is this ??important?

    It's extremely hard to convince people with all the trait's listed above ?? to invest in a meme coin or some AI app.
    However, when the topic changes to investing against "corruption/manipulation/ banks going bust/ financial crash/ new system/ wealth transfer etc., the "hard working people" will step up with their wallets. All that's needed is a spark/spike in price for $XRP.
    The Price spike will activate the 4 million #XRP wallets =community=mass spread of info=mass media coverage= FOMO and the rest will be history.

    Now the massive bullish technical setup ??

    Dating back to 2016, $XRP price chart has been forming a massive descending triangle. Today, the triangle pattern formation is coming to an end (see chart below). Meaning, either the price will break down from the base or up. Keep in mind, from corruption to lawsuits nothing till today has been able to break down the base. On top of that, every shit-coin is flying. Also, keep in mind that during a start of a "Bull Run", the coins that perform later on end up doing much greater returns rather then the one's that first start to pump. Reason being- there is more loose capital/confidence flying around.
    On top of that, the $XRP/ $BTC chart is down to it's support level where every single time a massive reversal has taken place (see chart below).

    Now,
    1) $BTC Whales are hodling
    2) $ETH Whales are hodling (not funding other erc projects)
    3) There is only so much $SOL Whales can do
    4) Exchanges have to keep the momentum going
    5) 4 Million $XRP Hodlers are on stand-by, waiting to get activated

    The SEC asked for $2B, and the Court reduced their demand by ~94% recognizing that they had overplayed their hand. We respect the Court’s decision and have clarity to continue growing our company.

    This is a victory for Ripple, the industry and the rule of law. The SEC’s headwinds against the whole of the XRP community are gone.

    A final judgment. The Court rejects the SEC’s suggestion that Ripple acted recklessly and she reminds the SEC that this case did not involve any allegations of fraud or intentional wrongdoing, and no one suffered any financial harm. She rejects the SEC’s absurd demand for $2B in fines and penalties. We respect the $125M fine the Court has imposed for certain historic sales to sophisticated third parties.

    Je kunt hier maanden niet komen, nieuwsgierig zijn of Frederic C iets positiefs post over XRP, wat gelukkig nog steeds is. En dan heb je altijd nog de negatieve Zwarte Ridder... al jaren lees ik dat je zegt dat XRP naar 0 gaat...
    Steek hand eens in eigen boezem en wees blij voor de mensen die winst maken met XRP... En drink s'avonds flesje azijn minder...
