    Dit heeft niets met beleggen te maken dit is gewoon de kleine man bestelen en je kunt er niets aan doen waar is scalino nog steeds in het oosten met stalengeduld naast zich nu hoor je niets meer van hem met zijn koersdoel Toen 12 13 euro en hoger

    En dan te bedenken dat de beurzen in Amerika Sky high staan. En eerdaags gaan corrigeren. Dan gaat de koers van Arcelor dik in het rood.

    Miniature jij hebt een sadistisch plezier erin als anderen geld met bakken kwijt raken hou nu eens op voor een keer het is al erg genoeg dat het zo gaat en dan kunnen wij die opmerkingen van jou echt wel missen

    Bij deze kan iedereen in de bijlage de koersdoelen van dit jaar eens bekijken.
    HAHAHAHA die banken toch. Ik zit zelf ook vol in de miserie. De koers van ArcelorMittal is een grapje van de beurs.. Nu mag het wel eens terug serieus beginnen worden.

    Vind nog een ILVA press release van woensdag. Hier kan het toch ook niet aan liggen. Er is al een fonds voor 4100 medewerkers (gefinancieerd door de staat).

    During today's meeting with trade unions, the main items of the industrial plan submitted by AM investCo were illustrated. AM investCo’s offer resulted to be more favourable between those submitted and upon it a ministerial authorization has been requested for the signing of the contract, also considering the positive opinion expressed by the Supervisory Committee.

    The assessment elements considered in the sale procedure were also illustrated (industrial plan, environmental plan, use of public funding for environmental investments and acquisition price). However, the sale procedure does not include the possibility of raising bids, as explained to tenderers during the procedure. In fact, any raising should cover all of the components of the submitted bids, including the environmental plan and the industrial plan, and that would result in a significant extension of the procedure, incompatible with the legal requirements regulating the completion of protection measures for health and environment and with the remaining resources still available to Commissioners to ensure the continuation of industrial activities. The so called regulatory risk recently referred to by the European Commission was not an assessment element, as it could not be estimated and provided for during the procedure. Moreover, the Commissioners have been careful to request and obtain from the two competitors the commitment to keep the industrial plan offered (and the related employment effects) irrespective of any antitrust requirements adopted by the European Commission.

    With regard to the concerns expressed about the employment levels indicated in the bids, the current staff of the Ilva Group is 14,200 employees, with a lay-off fund already authorized for 4,100 employees. AM InvestCo's offer includes 9,400 employees for the first step of employment. In any case, the lay-off fund covers and will cover most of the redundancies and may be increased as necessary in accordance with trade unions agreement which must be signed as a condition for the effectiveness of the Ilva asset transfer contract with the successful tenderer. Employees may be covered by lay-off fund for the entire duration of reclamation and decontamination activities at the Taranto Plant to be carried out by the Extraordinary Administration with the funds acquired following the transaction with the Riva Family. The funds available for the procedure are around € 1.1 billion, out of which over € 800 million will finance environmental investments to be carried out by the Extraordinary Administration.

    ILVA besluit + naijl effect vd IO van vandaag (als die tenminste maandagnacht/ochtend en de rest van deze sessie overleeft).
