   Ukrainian military report Russia's forces in eastern Ukraine have now opened fire with artillery & mortar fire along much of frontline.
   
   At least 23 locations reported hit.
   
   So far 5 civilians wounded (3 when shells hit a kindergarten)

   Rusland ontkent plaatsing extra militairen bij grens met Oekraine(de Telegraaf). VS beweren het tegendeel. De Amerikanen hebben het er maar druk mee alles in de gaten te houden bij de grens Oekraine en dat wereldkundig te maken.

    Blinken, de minister van Buitenlandse Zaken VS zegt in de VN , dat er duidelijk aanwijzigingen zijn dat Rusland binnen enkele dagen overgaat tot een inval(teletekst). Diplomatiek staat de weg nog open. Allemaal niet goed voor de beurs zoals het zich ontwikkelt. De hakken in het zand.

    Weet je, ze liggen daar al 8 jaar naar mekaar te turen. Beweegt er iets? hoor ik mortiervuur? Is dat een sniper?
    'k Zou niet in hun plaats willen zijn, en wie eerst schiet maakt dan toch het meeste kans, dacht ik.
    Had al lang opgelost moeten zijn, maar er waren er die gediend waren met het in stand houden van dit conflict. Helaas aan beide kanten.
