   Officieel document van Kiadis Pharma : het opgehaalde geld is toereikend tot eind dit jaar (2020).
   Voor dat moment is er nieuwe geldbehoefte. Als dat niet lukt, of niet genoeg lukt, dan is er een probleem dat tot faillissement kan leiden :
   
   "Based on our operating plans in relation to our NK-platform and programs (see Chapter 4) and also in view of the discontinuation of our ATIR activities, we believe that existing cash and cash equivalents will allow us to continue operating the business into the fourth quarter of 2020 and
   accordingly we will need to raise additional financing in advance of that time, by raising further equity, convertible financing or non-dilutive financing such as debt financing arrangements, strategic transactions or other means. We may also delay, reduce the scope of, eliminate or divest clinical programs, partner with others or divest one or more of our activities, and consider other cost reduction initiatives, such as withholding initiation or expansion of clinical trials or research, and slowing down patient recruitment of clinical trials. In the event we are not be able to generate sufficient funds from these measures, we may be unable to continue as a going concern, our business, financial condition and/or results of operations could be materially and adversely affected and we may ultimately go into insolvency – see also Note 2 of the Full Year Financial Statements."

   Dames en heren, ik was er eerder vanuit gegaan dat Kiadis Pharma met het opgehaalde geld door zou kunnen tot kwartaal 2 van 2021. Dat was te optimistisch zo blijkt nu. In minder dan 7 maanden is het geld (weer) op.
   
   Dat betekent een theoretische verkoopdruk op de aandelenkoers van pakweg € 0,25 per maand tussen nu en december a.s.. (nu € 1,77 beurskoers. Deel door 7 maanden = € 0,25 per maand om de beurskoers net zo hard te laten zakken als de kasgelden van Kiadis)
   
   Daarmee is niet gezegd DAT de beurskoers net zo hard mee zal zakken met de kasgelden.

   Dit rapport klinkt alsof de firma aan het einde is... Zeer negatief geformuleerd.
   
   De expliciete waarschuwing is ook zeer onheilspellend.
   "Raising additional capital can dilute the ownership interests of our Shareholders, and the terms of any additional funding may adversely affect a Shareholder's rights and diminish our future prospects."
   
   Dat zal me wat worden op Maandag.

   Oeps, naast de claims van de Kreos leningen (bladzijde 101 en 102 van hetzelfde document),
   is er een keiharde clausule opgenomen bij de overname van CytoSen (en de betaling ervan in aandelen Kiadis), te lezen bovenaan bladzijde 103 van hetzelfde document :
   
   "Further to the abovementioned 1,513,052 newly issued Shares, the former holders of CytoSen shares have a conditional entitlement to receive 267,012 newly issued Shares - the Holdback Shares as further discussed below. Also, as per the CytoSen Acquisition Agreement, the former holders of CytoSen shares and options are eligible to potential future consideration of up to 5,819,466 additional Shares upon the achievement of six clinical development and regulatory milestones, with the final milestone being first FDA approval of an NK-cell product based on CytoSen's technology. In the event we fail to pay any contingent consideration due, a party that has a competing NK-cell product in clinical development or on the market would acquire control over us, we sell all or substantially all our assets, or we transfer our NK-cell related intellectual property to a third party, all unpaid contingent consideration in Shares will become immediately payable at a reduced amount that will be calculated according to a pre-agreed formula that is based on the moment of the accelerated payment of the contingent consideration compared to the projected timing of such payment on an unaccelerated basis. In the event that anyone acquires 50% or more of the voting rights attached to our outstanding Shares, we dispose a majority of our assets, or are party to a merger, reorganization or consolidation which results in the voting rights attached to our Shares immediately prior to such transaction representing less than 50% of the voting rights of the surviving entity or its parent immediately after such transaction, we have the right to immediately pay all unpaid contingent consideration in Shares at a reduced amount that will be calculated according to the abovementioned pre-agreed formula."
   
   Dat hadden aandeelhouders van Kiadis vast eerder willen weten ..
   
   CytoSen en hun NK-produkten zijn dus nog niet echt eigendom van Kiadis Pharma. Het kan zomaar in andere handen overgaan als Kiadis ook maar 1 termijn niet kan betalen !

   Alles verloopt precies volgens mijn verwachtingen; het geld is dus bijna op en er komt zeer binnenkort weer een emissie ver onder de beurskoers.
   
   Dit aandeel is voor het jaareinde een grandioze pennystock.

   Begrijpt iemand waarom dit sombere bericht uitgerekend nú naar buiten komt? Is per 1 Juni een belangrijke termijn verstreken? Het lijkt er sterk op dat de firma zelf er niet meer in gelooft.

   Dat is nogal duidelijk: er moet nieuw geld opgehaald worden ruim voordat het geld op is.

   Ik vermoed dat dat al gebeurd is. Dat zou namelijk verklaren dat we niet meer verblijd worden met zijn optimistische prognoses.
   Je antwoord met "geld ophalen" koop ik je niet af. Dat verklaart deze afscheidsbrief niet.

    Ik zie niet in waarom ze zouden wachten tot de pot leeg is. Voor het zo ver is zullen medewerkers beginnen op te stappen. In feite is dat proces al begonnen.

    maar in deze markt is geld ophalen zeer lastig. Dus zullen ze het niet overleven.

    Dit is openlijk vragen om overgenomen te worden omdat ze een nieuwe emissie niet zien zitten.
    Blijkt toch weer dat Lariekoek iedereen voor de gek houdt zolang hij zijn salaris maar kan incasseren.
