    In scenario zoals hij zegt: dat zou prachtig zijn. Nou, dat is geen plan voor over 20 jaar, wellicht 4-7?
    middenscenario 15-30mln?
    dan neem ik aan dat je over 2-3 jaar wel 2-5mln omzet op zijn minst al verwacht?
    En dan moet er wel reëel de eerste echte omzetten binnen handbereik zijn.
    En dan gaat er logischerwijs binnenkort wel wat vallen.
    En dan spuit ongetwijfeld de koers als die nog op dit niveau staat omhoog bij bekendmaking.
    Precies waarom ik er nu flink inzit

    iemand hier die riep dat ie er 5000 zou kopen?

    @shaai ook ik zie kansen en heb een fors belang gemiddeld a 2,28 eur. Ik zie de niche transitie als een absolute kans. Als ze die 1% gaan realiseren kan dit aandeel gewoon naar de 10Eur (3-7jr)

    Jij was het die de weg naar de notulen wees. Gelezen heb je ze blijkbaar niet gezien de twee berichten die je vanmorgen plaatste.

    Ook is er op de AND website e.e.a. te zien over location aware content e.d.

    Helaas alleen nog maar in het Engels. Er is op de laatste AVA de suggestie gedaan de site meertalig aan te bieden.
    Daar is men blijkbaar nog niet aan toegekomen. Die tool lijkt me minder complex toe te passen dan software-ontwikkeling op zich.

    Overigens zijn de bedragen die Jaccoud in het FD noemde ook geen nieuws.
    Ook die staan vermeld in de notulen.

    Dit probleem wordt steeds groter, want ik schat dat nu ca 6 beursgenoteerde bedrijven geen accountant kunnen vinden.

    De AFM heeft een wettelijk opgelegde plicht werkzaamheden te verrichten.

    Dat kan niet lang duren, want de boekhouding is zeer eenvoudig.

    De taakomschrijving van de AFM
    De Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft, artikel 1:25) vermeldt als taakomschrijving van de AFM:

    Gedragstoezicht is gericht op ordelijke en transparante financiële marktprocessen, zuivere verhoudingen tussen marktpartijen en zorgvuldige behandeling van cliënten.
    De Autoriteit Financiële Markten heeft, op de grondslag van deze wet, tot taak het gedragstoezicht op financiële markten uit te oefenen en te beslissen omtrent de toelating van financiële ondernemingen tot die markten.

    Dat iemand de Engelse taal niet beheerst heb ik begrip voor. Zelf ben ik er ook geen ster in. Maar dat je dan 'te beroert' bent de tekst ff door een vertaalsite te trekken...?
