    Morgen organiseert And een webinar ivm hoge interesse voor de nieuwe eco zone alert API. Goed ondernemerschap en waarschijnlijk weer een paar nieuwe klanten erbij!

    Mogelijk nog een trading update in oktober.

    Have your health exposure at your fingertips

    Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, 1 October 2020- AND is proud to announce the launch of its new global Health Alert Zones API and website.

    The AND team has joined forces with the GeoHealthApp team to develop a unique location-based Health Alert Zone risk evaluation. This API provides aggregated global information about COVID-19 pandemic statistics and health exposure evaluation, down to local level, across specific focus countries such as Germany , Switzerland, UK, USA, The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy.

    The health exposure risk score is compiled using COVID-19 official statistics combined with expected exposure in up to 50 different types of locations (from shops, bars and restaurants, parks, beaches etc…) as well as the weather forecast and the day of the week. This results in a detailed risk assessment for areas as small as 100m2. Our algorithm estimates local behavior based on this local and dynamic data and then creates a health alert score for each region and area. This information can be either accessed via an API or displayed on a website using the AND MapTiler Technology.

    With that information at their fingertips, people can make better informed decisions regarding their next destination and its associated health exposure. Businesses can also benefit from AND’s health alert zones by taking the appropriate safety measures when planning their logistics operations or deploying their services teams.

    Key features of this API include

    Up to date global COVID-19 (WHO) information, including historical data, in 200+ countries.
    Health Exposure from country to street level in the focus countries.
    Daily updates to global and local data.
    Detailed local level information from official sources of the following focus countries: Germany, Switzerland, UK, USA, The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy, with more to be added soon.

    Hier zat ik op te wachten! Kan een mooie trigger zijn voor de koers van morgen. Met meer onzekerheid rondom covid 19 ook zeer toepasselijk voor nieuwe virussen die nog komen gaan!! Goed bezig AND!!!

    Hier zat ik op te wachten! Kan een mooie trigger zijn voor de koers van morgen. Met meer onzekerheid rondom covid 19 ook zeer toepasselijk voor nieuwe virussen die nog komen gaan!! Goed bezig AND!!!

    Zie helaas nog geen trigger best jammer
    Volgens mijn is de enige trigger als er een overnamen bod komt
    En die zie ik dit jaar en volgend jaar en tot 2028 niet komen helaas

    Over 2 weken een tradingupdate over Q3? Dan kunnen we deze naast de afgegeven outlook leggen. Omzet zal beduidend hoger liggen door o.a. de API summersale actie.

    Klopt maar mocht deze iets tegenvallen gaan we de 1.10 opzoeken

    Waar kan ik jullie inschatting zien dat 3Q update aanstaande is?
    Ik ben wel benieuwd naar de nieuwe deal om cash op te halen zoals bij de halfjaarcijfers is vermeld en hoop dat er niet te veel korting op zit vergeleken met huidige koers !

    Morning Nel,

    Het zit in mijn ogen als volgt en ben daarom stellig overtuigd dat we goed zitten. Wat ze gaan doen is een 2e convertible obligatie uitgeven, deze zullen zij verpanden aan een bezit van AND, dit zijn de intangible assets ( oa intelligent eigendom van data en kaarten) die voor bijna 10mln op de balans staan(jaarcijfers 2019). Met ongeveer 3,6mln uitstaande aandelen zal die waarde ongeveer op 2,60-2,70€ per aandeel uitkomen. Deze convertible kan worden omgezet in aandelen met een looptijd van 2 jaar. Daarnaast gaf men op de AVA 2020 aan het extra aantal aandelen door mogelijk de convertible niet meer mag zijn dan 20% van het huidige aantal uitstaande aandelen. Let op. Stel ze nemen die 20% in zijn totaliteit. Kom je op 720k aandelen. De vorige keer haalde ze zo’n 1,15 miljoen op. Stel we gaan nu uit van hetzelfde bedrag 720.000 aandelen *. 1,60€ kom je uit op 1,15mln. Mijn verwachting is dat daar ongeveer de uitgifte prijs zal liggen en heb om die reden ook in afgelopen maanden wat plukjes ver onder die prijs gekocht.
