    Voor wat het waard is. Na sluiting USA ging in de Nabeurs handel de ADR op ASML weer 0,39% omhoog.... ik weet het, dat is bijna niets... maar de trend is your friend???? :-). Goede week allemaal gewenst. Donderdag wellicht weer vlammen na cijfers NVIDIA woensdagavond?

Monthly usage rates range between 35% to 40%, an increase from a previous 25% to 30%. The data stems from a survey conducted in September 2024 involving 2,010 U.S. consumers aged 16 and above, with a margin of error of ±1.8%.

    Research activities are currently the most common use cases for generative AI, but usage in commercial activities like shopping, recipe searching, and travel planning is on the rise. Although the current adoption for travel planning is under 20%, analysts predict that innovations, such as Google's digital travel planning tools, could significantly shift behavior over the next 25 years.

    Monitoring changes in commercial products, innovations, and consumer behaviors is essential for evaluating each platform's long-term potential for search and commercial profitability. Furthermore, advancements in generative AI, including new models enhancing reasoning and proxy potentials, are crucial for further adoption, differentiation, and monetization. These innovations will shape the future of this technology and determine its breadth and depth in commercial applications.

    Super Micro Stock Sees a Group Take a Large Stake Ahead of Potential Delisting

    While the fate of Super Micro Computer’s listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange hangs in the balance, a group acquired a large stake in the embattled servers maker.

    Three independent broker-dealers with common ownership—G1 Execution Services, LLC, Susquehanna Investment Group, and Susquehanna Securities, LLC—have together acquired 30.8 million Super Micro shares, a stake of 5.3%.

    The group doesn’t have those shares in hand, however. Of those shares, 22.6 million are stock the group has a right to buy through options.

    The group disclosed its position in a form it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 14.

    G1 Execution, Susquehanna Investment, and Susquehanna Securities are affiliates of Susquehanna International Group, which didn’t respond to a request for comment.

    The group used the 13G form to disclose the stake, indicating a passive investment, as opposed to an active investment in which the group would engage with Super Micro’s management.

    Super Micro’s stock has tumbled as of late, and the company faces a potential delisting soon for not filing data to regulators in a timely manner. Barron’s reported that Super Micro intends to submit a plan to avoid delisting by the Nasdaq, according to a person familiar with the matter.

    Susquehanna International’s SEC filing for holdings as of Sept. 30 showed that Susquehanna Securities held 817,441 Super Micro shares and G1 Execution held 778 shares. Those numbers are from before Super Micro’s 10-for-1 stock split was effective after the close on Sept. 30. They began trading adjusted for the split on Oct. 1.

    The filing also showed that Susquehanna Investment and Susquehanna Securities both owned put and call options—to respectively sell and buy stock—of Super Micro. Exercise prices and expiration dates for the options weren’t disclosed nor required by the SEC.

    De ASML ATH van juli jl. liep al vooruit op de (AI) markt. Nu loopt de koers ook weer vooruit op de markt. Over 3-4 maanden zal de AI koorts wat inzakken en zullen NVIDIA etc. wegzakken. ASML heeft die gifbeker dan al grotendeels leeggedronken. Verschil in timing dus.

    In a report released today, Andrew Gardiner from Citi reiterated a Buy rating on ASML Holding NV (0QB8 – Research Report), with a price target of €930.00. The company’s shares closed last Friday at €646.95.

    According to TipRanks, Gardiner is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 16.8% and a 60.37% success rate.

    Currently, the analyst consensus on ASML Holding NV is a Moderate Buy with an average price target of €847.47, implying a 30.99% upside from current levels. In a report released today, Barclays also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a €900.00 price target.
