    Heb vandaag opnieuw een royaal aantal stukken ingerold op 0,093 USD.Het blijft toch bijzonder: Winst per aandeel (2018) 0,43 USD, zet dit af tegen de huidige beurskoers...; onbekend maakt onbemind zullen we maar weer zeggen.

    15K.Alstublieft.Ze waren van mij.Heb er in total 30K uitgerold.Ga het restant inrollen in Morefield.De kans dat Morefield naar de 1euro gaat is vele malen groter dan hier. Succes,kerel. Grmpffft.

    Tsja,was ineens angsthaas geworden,met een bied gister van amper 0,05. Helaas.Kijken wat Morefield er van gaat bakken.Bij de vorige eensgelijke sessie ging het van 0,30 - 1.00. Veel geduld is echter geboden bij dit soort fondsen. Grrr.

    Was spijtoptant.Heb wederom 30K terug binnengerold veur: 0,104.Kost wel een paar centen meer,maar dan heb je ook wat. Op de plank leggen,en wachten maar. Succes. GRMPFFT.

    Zopas zij U nog ,dat ze de volgende overname kandidaad waren. Als ze van de beurs willen, zal er toch nog wel wat premie voor de aandeelhouders overblijven, neem ik aan. Grrr/

    Als het bedrijf leeg is, is het wellicht een kandidaat voor een OMGEKEERDE overname.

    Het lijkt als 2 druppels water op Kardan: nl. Israëli's die alle geld van hun aandeelhouders verliezen en eindigen met Zero.

    ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS RESULTS, ELECTION OF OFFICERSAND COMMITTEE MEMBERSThunderbird Resorts Inc.(“Thunderbird” or “Group”) (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: TBIRDandFSE: 4TR)reports the followingresults of the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held in Lima,Peru on September 21, 2016:?Onthe matter of election of the Board of Directors, the shareholders voted 96% in favor of electing Salomon Guggenheim, George Gruenberg, and Stephan Fitchto serve onthe board for the ensuing year?Baker Tilly was appointed as auditors for the ensuing year and the Board of Directors was authorized to affix their remuneration (100% in favor)?The shareholders received and considered the financial statements together with the auditor’s report thereon for the financial year ended December 31, 2015(100% in favor)?

    At the meeting, in addition to the annual items of business, shareholders approved and resolved the following special resolution by a vote of 99% in favor :

    oThe Board of Directors of the Corporation is hereby authorized, at a time to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, to voluntarily dissolve the Corporation pursuant to the BVI Business Companies Act of 2004, which winding up process and dissolution application shall be commenced and implemented at such time as determined by the Board in their sole discretion;
